Stoney Education Authority recently celebrated Orange Shirt Day.
Our S.E.A. "Orange Shirt Day" design was created by our talented staff member, Tyson Crawler. When asked about the meaning behind his beautiful and inspirational design, he said it symbolizes the following:
"Survival, Resilience, Resolute and Heart.
The two feathers represent mother/father, sister/brother, aunty/uncle and grandmother/grandfather. The four directions the circle opens up to represent their survival, their unwavering resilience, the resolute stead fest determination not to be broken and the heart they had to journey with at such a young age." - Tyson Crawler
